We ship every day via two servcies

TruClean Elegance Toilet - Shipped via Pallet due to weight

TruClean Toilets Smart Seats - Parcelforce on their Express24 Service.
​
Example - Order Monday, Shipped Tuesday arrived Wednesday.
​
All Weekend orders are shipped on Mondays.
​
Some postcodes such as the Scottish Highlands have slightly longer delivery times.
​
We charge the same flat rate of £9.99 for all Parcelforce shipments.
​
Pallet Shipments are £49.99 the pallet company will ring to arrange delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of the products albeit toilets no refunds will be made unless the item arrives damaged.

This is due to hygiene reasons and one simply cannot prove that there hasn`t been usage of the toilet.
​
All products have a 12mth warranty with us - for further details of this please message us - we will usually send spare parts out as due to the hygiene factors involved we won`t be receiving these items back to us.
